LSA Results 2024: Overview

Level 3 Film & TV

Our Film & TV course is the main qualification undertaken by LSA students in Year 1 and

Extended Project Qualification (EPQ)

EPQ is the most popular additional qualification (AdQual) studied alongside students’ main

Film & TV course. In EPQ, students complete a personal project that further develops their

research and project management skills. They produce an artefact (e.g. short film, design,

podcast, script, game design and more) and accompanying project documents to show what

they have learned.

Key Course Statistics

Pass Rate A* to C

A-Levels

Students can also study A-Levels in English Language & Literature or Mathematics as their

AdQual course, adding a more traditional academic dimension to their LSA study

programme. Both the A- Level courses allow for development of critical thinking skills and

in-depth, subject-based studies. There is significant cross-curricular benefit for students

wishing to develop their FTV knowledge through numeracy and literacy-based topics.
