Addressing the Reflex Response

Too often, we see failures and shortcomings and immediately address them with correction. Identifying and

addressing basic causes (reflexes) BEFORE their they turn into reactions can help train students to avoid them.

• Try putting your phone in

focus mode until this activity

in your bag, or under your

desk.

• Flip your phone face down

while we do this.
