Female) to the bus stop on Halloween
KAELA

you dressed up as a skeleton?
ANNA

KAELA
I know, right? You scared so many
kids. Their parents got so mad at
you
Anna laughs
ANNA
I should totally go trick-or- treating as a ghost again this year
KAELA

Kaela and Anna slowly approach the bus stop, and they stop to
notice something
ANNA
Hey, um, Kaela?
KAELA
What? Did you forget your phone
again? I’m not going back
Anna points in the direction of a girl wearing all-black
KAELA (CONT’D)
Is that- Anna grabs Kaela’s arm
KAELA (CONT’D)
What are you doing?
ANNA
Do you really want to encounter
Samantha? She’ll crush you if you
talk to her, even if you make eye
contact with her!

Kaela lets go of Anna’s arm and starts walking towards
Samantha and approaches her
KAELA
Hey Samantha! How’s Luke?
The girl turns around and stands face-to-face with Kaela,
revealing a stranger
GIRL
Excuse me? Who’s Luke?
