Objectives

The aim of this course is to teach how to link strategy and practice in the field of human

management, align human resources (HR) practices with corporate strategies, educate

on legal and security issues, laws, and regulations related to HR management in

organizations, understand the job design process and job descriptions, and manage the

processes of identifying, hiring, developing, and retaining company employees.

Content

In terms of content, the course aims to define a strategic framework that shows how

different approaches to human resources management can be adapted to fundamental

competitive strategies. This strategic perspective is integrated into the discussion of

traditional HR practices such as work design, recruitment, performance management,

training, compensation and industrial relations.
