Executive Summary
ARTedyX as a non-profit association, its primary objective is fundraising to finance
the CLIMATE-SAT R&D ARTedyS.com platform through an Initial Coin Offering (ICO).
This initiative is central to fostering climate solutions and is powered by the eSpatiale
(eSe) token, an Asset Referenced Token (ART) set to revolutionize carbon credit
exchanges.
In line with this, ARTedyX is committed to applying the directives of the UN and Paris
Agreements, particularly articles 6, 6.2, 6.4, and 7, as well as the Nationally
Determined Contributions (NDCs), integrating these global standards into its
strategies and operations. This white paper delineates the association's bylaws,
objectives, the eSpatiale (eSe) token, an Asset Referenced Token (ART) set to
revolutionize carbon credit exchanges and share repartitions, offering a blueprint for

ARTEDYX Bylaws
Title I: Formation, Purpose, and Duration
- Article 1: Name
ARTedyX, a non-profit association, operates as a DAO, leveraging the eSpatiale
(eSe) token as a governance and utility tool, intricately linked to carbon credit
exchanges.
- Article 2: Registered Office
Situated at 145 rue de Charenton, 75012 Paris, France, the registered office stands
as the epicenter of operations, with the potential for relocation as decided by the
board of directors.
- Article 3: Purpose
The association orchestrates the CLIMATE-SAT R&D ARTedyS platform, ARTedyX
DAO devoted to climate action through ICO fundraising and strategic investments.
The eSe token aspires to anchor itself in carbon credit exchanges, fostering global
collaboration and adherence to the directives set forth in the UN and Paris
Agreements, particularly articles 6, 6.2, 6.4, and 7, as well as the Nationally
Determined Contributions (NDCs).
