with 2 M8 screws and 2 M8 T-Nuts.

Screw in the T-Nuts no more than a turn.

Make sure to respect the shown orientation

2.

Slide 1 corner gusset through the 4.5” X 18” extrusion as shown below.

Installation Guide

1.

Place 2 M8 t-nuts through the rearward slot on the vertical post of your choice

on your chassis. My example is with an ASR6 but as long as you’ve got a rig

made of 1515 style aluminium, you’re fine.

2.

Fasten the flight gate to the chassis using 2X M8 X 16 socket screws.

3.

Fix the 1.5” X 3” extrusion to the chassis by first placing a M8 t-nut on the top of

the main chassis base. Clip the hook through the mechanism, make sure the

mechanism is loosely fastened to allow movement.

4.

Close the gate to place the 1.5” extrusion over the chassis, position the t-nut

under it (use a small allen key to move the t-nut, it helps!) and tighten fully the

gusset.

5.

When everything is placed and straight, tighten the M4 phillips screws holding

the latch mechanism.

6.

Place the endcaps and push pins over all visible extrusion ends.
