Parking Near the NCSC Clubhouse
We have a number of neighbors that we need to keep in good stead so please abide by the parking
guidelines, below.
DO park in the grassy area immediately adjacent to the clubhouse on 7th street that abuts our
white fence. Please park so as to leave room for as many cars as possible. If you need to
block people in, leave a slip of paper with your name under your left wiper so they can find
you.
DO NOT park in the SPCA parking lot (around the corner from the club house on South
Street).
DO NOT park in or drive through the property of our first neighbor to the west on 7th street
(the yellowish stucco sided building on the other side of the above-mentioned grassy area).
His property line extends from the telephone pole along the road, to the large tree back by the
fence. Please stay well clear of his property.
DO NOT park in front of any of the houses directly across from our Clubhouse on South
Street, as these neighbors consider these spaces ‘theirs’.
