Student Immunization Requirements

Georgetown is committed to promoting and supporting the health and well-being of our

campus community. As part of that commitment, and as required under District of Columbia law,

Georgetown students who attend classes in person are required to submit proof of immunization

documentation as further detailed below. Please carefully review the following instructions to

submit required immunization and health information.

Georgetown Student Immunization Portal

Collection and confirmation of mandatory immunization documentation is coordinated by Georgetown’s Office

of Public Health in partnership with the MedStar Georgetown University Student Health Center. Students must

submit immunization documentations and required forms via the Georgetown Student Immunization Portal. The

portal is accessed via single sign-on with your Georgetown NetID and password. If additional communication

with Georgetown’s health team is necessary, messages can be exchanged in your account within the portal. You will

receive a notification to your Georgetown email that you have a message waiting.
