1. Pursuant to DepEd Memorandum No. 88, s. 2022 titled "Reiteration Of the Strict

Compliance and lr`stitutionalization of DepEd Order No,11, s. 2021 (Guidelines on the

Operationali2ration of Fhogram Management Infomation ftystem), this Offioe announces the

cconduct Of PMIS School Level Capacity Building on February 26 & 27, 2025, from 8:00 a.in.

to 5:00 p.in. at the Tarlac City Schools Division Sampaguita Hall, Binauganam, Tariac City.

2. The activity alms to:

a. capac€tate end-users on how to effectively utiTize the PMTS that are relevant to

scchool-leveloperations;

b. ensure that school heads and non teaching personnel of the six (6) Implementing

Units (IUs), effectively understand and make the best use of the functionalities of the eystem;

and

c. upload Work and Financial Plan for FY2025.

3. Expenses to be incurred in this activity shall be charged against Division M00E

out2ject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

4. Attached are the following:
