BUSINESS CONTINUITY PLAN
related to the Coronavirus outbreak
As many parts of the world are experiencing a virus outbreak, we have initiated our
contingency plan.
Similar to many companies, we are taking preventative measures to stay safe and
healthy while in the workplace.
• Limit unnecessary interaction with transferees
We conduct video or telephone pre-move surveys. We keep physical contact to a
minimum: no formal handshakes, and we need to keep distance to each other. No visit
to our office, please.
• Perform routine environmental cleaning
We routinely clean all moving equipment, trucks.
• Workforce Preparation
We ensure crews are equipped with the gloves and mask as applicable and available.
• Actively require sick employees to stay home
Employees who have symptoms of acute respiratory illness are required to stay home
and not come to work until they are free of fever.
We are equipped to work remotely and do not anticipate any disruption in our
moving services. All our team members are now working from home. We are in

work/support mode and ready to serve you.
We understand that many are relying on us to keep our services available.
Unfortunately, we are not in control of external factors and will be sure to inform you
should there be any interruption. We will continue to monitor the fluidity of the
COVID-19 situation.
Our hearts and thoughts are with our global community and anyone who may be
affected by the coronavirus.
Review of the policy
This policy will be updated as necessary to reflect best practice in security and control
and to ensure compliance with any changes or amendments made to the current
government orders. Any changes we may make to this policy in the future will be
posted on our website.
