• Window 2: Nov 28 – Dec 12
• Window 3: Mar 6 – Mar 20
• Window 4: May 15 – May 31
• Learning Networks 4 and 13 had an
extended deadline for submission during
Window 1. If the information here differs
from your October Monthly Data
