Dear Louise,

Please would you pass this email onto the Inspector in response to the Additional Consultation on

Technical Documents.

The additional technical documents available for consultation do not make the MBC Local Plan sound

or justified as there are still vital details missing.

Full costings for the necessary infrastructure for the Lidsing Garden Village are not included so there

is no surety that it is a viable option.

The unbelievably late production of ED135, a transport assessment relating to M2 Junction 3, is

unacceptable. Why is it only now at this very late stage, that the developers have decided that the

Lidsing Garden Village will impact Junction 3. Surely this should have been anticipated, modelled and

costed long before now.

How will this affect the already in-doubt viability of the development? No details have been

included.

At which phase of the development will these mitigations take place?

Also, I wish it to be noted that being given only 4 weeks to read, digest and respond to these

complex technical documents greatly disadvantages local people with work or family commitments.

(inc me a busy working mum of two young children)

It scares me to walk around Hempstead these days... The traffic is horrendous.

You know...I tried to get my baby a doctors appointment last week, three weeks I have got to wait.

Maybe governement/ council need too sort out the doctors, roads and traffic calming prior to

building.
